Definition:
- Sex Offender Assessment
- Family Centered Treatment® In-home Services
- Minimum of one month length of service – no maximum
- Minimum of 85% of hours are direct service delivery
- An average over the course of treatment of 2 sessions per week (minimum)
- Provision of a Family Centered Evaluation to include: Ecomaps, Structured Family Assessment and Family Life Cycle
- Provision of an experience and practice based family systems approach to the operant issues of family functioning; how they handle communication, conflict, the tasks of daily living, and meet each others needs for closeness, affection, and attention.
- 24/7 on call availability from the primary provider
- User (family) friendly hours of service delivery (nights and weekends are not a problem)
- Minimum of monthly team meeting with referral source etc.
- Family determines their goals for change
- Experiential activities to practice the skills learned
- Family sessions
- Individual sessions w/ all family members designed to prepare for family sessions
- Family involved in the evaluation/documentation process
- Sexual Offender Treatment Group
- Parent or Caretakers Group
- Relapse Prevention Group
